Very interesting-I have bought the BANS package and am waiting for some time to set it up.
I had not heard of datafeedr so I will check this out.
Have you heard of 10DayCash by Neal Shearing? He uses a special plugin but still needs some data manipulation to get the blog to work.

Did look at Neal’s product but as you mentioned it took a lot of manual messing with the feed data in Excel spreadsheets to get the data ready.
His method is also different in that it creates a post for each product, as Neal says…
[Using my plugin, you can import a datafeed and Wordpress will create a new page every few hours. The blog builds itself, one page per product from the datafeed.]
Not sure how this would work if you ever wanted to update the prices!?!
Datafeedr produces real product pages just like in BANS and you don’t have to mess with the data or even the merchant or affiliate network for your datafeed as all the affiliate datafeeds are supplied already formatted by Datafeedr and you just click to load them, including subsequent price updates.
Datafeeder also lets you mix products from as many merchants as you want.
So if you wanted to promote Televisions you just find all the relevant merchants from the different affiliate networks mentioned above and pick the products you want to promote from each.
You can even add products from ClickBank into the mix.
This is really clever stuff and owner Stefan and his team are always there to provide support.

Sounds interesting.. I’ve been playing about with a few of the different pieces of software trying to embed them into wordpress direct. I have managed to embed BANS (build a niche store) with some messing about and have also tried a very simple plug in called phpbay which is also very easy to use and setup within wordpress and they do a free lite version of the plug in.
Datafeedr does seem very intresting as well and is one I’ll check out.. Does it handle feeds within blogs the same way as the streaming from affilliate companies ‘affilliate window’ and ‘affiliate futures’ ? It seems pretty similar to the technology they use.
